Our Scholarship Programs

NCBBA is committed to higher education and has two scholarship programs.

The first program is in support of local high school students whether they are members or not, and the second is only for NCBBA members and member's children.

For the local high school scholarship, the NCBBA Scholarship Coordinator works with the guidance counselors at First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills, Manteo High School in Manteo, Cape Hatteras Secondary School in Buxton, and Ocracoke High School on Ocracoke Island to identify students for the non-member scholarship. NCBBA awards one scholarship for each of the schools.  Any local senior is eligible for this scholarship. The applications come to NCBBA from the guidance counselors.

For the member scholarship the applications are submitted directly to NCBBA.
