• TERMS AND CONDITIONS: As a participant in the NCBBA Annual Red Drum Tournament and in consideration of the sum of $130.00 (Entry Fee) paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby fully and unconditionally release and forever discharge NCBBA as well as all other participants and/or sponsors, directors, or officials of NCBBA’s Annual Red Drum Tournament, both individually and in a corporate/business capacity, from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of actions of any kind or character (without limitation, for attorney’s fees, costs and expenses), whether known or unknown, with knowledge that such may exist, whether at law or in equity, whether in contract, tort, or under statute or otherwise, that I now or may have, or that, might mature or accrue subsequent to the date of this RELEASE, on account of, connected with, or growing out of the following matters and things: NCBBA’s Annual Red Drum Tournament, including but not limited to the fishing and all other activities surrounding the aforementioned tournament. Further, I hereby understand and agree that the RELEASE shall be binding upon my executors, administrators, personal representatives, collectors, heir, successors, and assigned.
